<p>Cacau em pó: 60 g<br />
Leite condensado: 1 lata<br />
Leite: 1 colher de sopa<br />
Manteiga: 30 g<br />
Chocolate granulado: 1 frasco<br />
Óleo: q.b.</p>
<dt>Preparação</dt>
<p>Num tacho, desfaça o cacau no leite. Junte o leite condensado.<br />
Junte a manteiga e leve a lume muito brando, mexendo sempre até a mistura se despegar das paredes do tacho.<br />
Deite a massa num prato untado com óleo.<br />
Molde bolinhas com as mãos untadas em óleo. Passe cada uma em chocolate granulado e sirva em forminhas de papel.</p>

<dt>Ingredientes</dt>
<p>100 g de morango<br />
2 chávenas (de chá) de leite magro<br />
5 colheres (de sopa) de leite em pó desnatado<br />
1/2 folha de gelatina incolor sem sabor<br />
1 lata de natas light<br />
1/2 chávena (de chá) de adoçante em pó</p>

<dt>Preparação</dt>
<p>Hidrata-se a gelatina derretendo-a em água quente. Bate-se no liquidificador o leite, o adoçante e o leite em pó. Acrescenta-se de seguida os morangos limpos e bate-se.<br />
Junta-se aos restantes ingredientes no liquidificador a gelatina e as natas. Bate-se o tempo suficiente para a mistura se apresentar homogénea e cremosa. Vai a uma taça e, daí, para o frigorífico onde fica algumas horas a arrefecer.</p>

<li>250 g de chocolate branco para culinária partido em pedaços</li>
<li>3 gemas de ovos</li>
<li>40 g de farinha maizena</li>
<li>90 g de açúcar</li>
<li>xarope de morango q.b.</li>

<p><strong>Confecção:</strong></p>
<p>Numa caçarola, misture bem as Natas, o chocolate, a farinha maizena e o açúcar.<br />
Leve ao lume brando, mexendo sempre até que o chocolate derreta e o creme engrosse levemente.<br />
Retire do lume e misture as gemas passadas por um passador.<br />
Leve novamente ao lume cerca de 2 minutos.<br />
Deite o creme em tacinhas, tape com papel de alumínio e leve ao frigorífico cerca de 1 hora.<br />
Antes de servir, enfeite com xarope de morango.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes</strong></p>

<li>8 peitos de frango</li>
<li>8 fatias de presunto</li>
<li>2 dentes de alho picados</li>

<li>150 grs. de folhas de espinafres</li>
<li>40 grs. de margarina</li>
<li>1 colher de sopa de azeite</li>
<li>1 colher de sopa de farinha de trigo</li>

<li>1,5 dl de vinho branco seco</li>
<li>1 dl de caldo de galinha</li>
<li>sal q.b.</li>
<li>pimenta q.b.</li>
<li>400 grs. de tomates pelados e picados</li>

<p><strong>Confecção</strong><br />
Coza os espinafres em pouca água. Escorra bem os espinafres depois de cozidos. Esprema de modo a libertarem toda a água. Pique os espinafres. Numa frigideira derreta 15 grs. de margarina. Junte os alhos picados e os espinafres. Deixe refogar durante 2 minutos, mexendo com uma colher de pau. Abra cada peito de frango num bife. Coloque em cima de cada bife uma fatia de presunto. Distribua pelos bifes o recheio de espinafres. Enrole e prenda com palitos. Num tacho de barro derreta a restante margarina juntamente com o azeite. Junte as cebolas e deixe refogar cerca de 2 minutos. Junte os tomates picados, o vinho branco, o caldo de galinha e uma colher de café rasa de açúcar. Deixe cozinhar em lume moderado até que o molho tenha reduzido um pouco. Coloque os rolinhos de frango no tacho. Polvilhe-os com a farinha de trigo. Tempere com um pouco de sal e pimenta. Tape o tacho e leve ao forno, cerca de 30 minutos, a uma temperatura de (200ºC). Acompanhe com puré de batata, batatas fritas ou arroz branco.</p>

<li>400 g Castanhas Congeladas</li>
<li>200 g Açúcar</li>
<li>1.5 Colher de sopa Farinha</li>
<li>6 Colheres de sopa Leite</li>
<li>6 Gemas de ovos</li>
<li>Duas gotas de aroma de baunilha</li>
<li>Manteiga e farinha para untar</li>
<li>75 g Chocolate Preto para Culinária</li>
<li>75 g Chocolate branco</li>
<li>1 Colher de chá Limão Em raspa</li>
</ul>
<p>Coza as castanhas em água abundante. Escorra e reduza a puré. Junte a manteiga. Envolva com o açúcar, a farinha, a raspa de limão, a baunilha e as gemas. Mexa bem.</p>
<p>Unte uma forma redonda com manteiga e polvilhe com farinha. Aqueça o forno a 180ºC e coza o pudim em banho-maria, entre 40 a 45 minutos.</p>
<p>Entretanto prepare o creme de chocolate, derreta 70 g de Chocolate Preto para Culinária com 3 colheres (sopa) de leite. Leve ao lume, em banho-maria, até derreter, mexendo sempre até obter um creme homogénio. Repita a mesma operação para fazer o creme de chocolate branco.</p>
<p>Retire o pudim e decore com os cremes de chocolate (ainda mornos), fazendo riscas intercaladas, com o auxílio de um cartucho de papel vegetal.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes</strong></p>

<li>150 grs. de farinha de trigo</li>
<li>80 grs. de manteiga</li>
<li>80 grs. de açúcar em pó</li>
<li>água q.b.</li>
<li>sal q.b.</li>
</ul>
<p><em><strong>Para o recheio</strong></em></p>
<ul>
<li>5 gemas</li>
<li>1 colher de sopa de amido de milho</li>
<li>5 dl de natas</li>
<li>3 colheres de sopa de açúcar</li>
<li>30 grs. de pinhões</li>
<li>1 casca de limão</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Confecção</strong><br />
Ferva as natas com a casca de limão. Retire do lume e deixe arrefecer. Amasse a farinha com o açúcar em pó, a manteiga amolecida e junte uma pitada de sal e umas gotas de água. Estenda a massa e forre com ela uma forma de tarte amovível, previamente untada com margarina. Numa caçarola, misture o amido de milho com o açúcar. Junte as gemas e misture bem, em seguida as natas fervidas envolvendo tudo muito bem com uma colher de pau. Leve a caçarola ao lume, mexendo sempre com a colher de pau até borbulhar. Deite de imediato na forma, sobre a massa, alise, espalhe por cima os pinhões. Leve a forno médio (160ºC) a cozer, cerca de 45 minutos. Sirva fria.</p>

<p>Cozem-se as batatas como se indica na receita anterior, e, estando cozidas, escorrem-se de toda a água e põe-se a secar à boca do forno.</p>
<p>Tira-se-lhes a casca, cortam-se em rodelas da espessura de 1 centímetro e fritam-se na manteiga agitando para ficarem igualmente loiras.</p>
<p>Põem-se na travessa e deita-se-lhes por cima um pouco de sal fino e salsa bem picada.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>600 g de bacalhau</li>
<li>150 g de presunto</li>
<li>1 a 2 cenouras médias</li>
<li>1 cebola</li>
<li>2 colheres (sopa) de margarina</li>
<li>1 colher (sopa) de farinha trigo</li>
<li>1 chávena de leite quente</li>
<li>1 chávena e meia de água do bacalhau</li>
<li>Sal e pimenta q.b.</li>
<li>Salsa picada</li>
<li>Meio limão</li>
<li>1 colher (sopa) de queijo ralado</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preparação: </strong></p>
<p>Demolhe o bacalhau. Coza-o em cerca de 3 chávenas de água e depois de cozido escorra-o. Aproveite a água da cozedura. Desfie-o cuidadosamente para que não leve espinhas. Descasque a cenoura e as cebolas e passe-as pela máquina de picar. Derreta meia colher e meia de margarina num tacho e junte a cebola e cenoura. Deixe refogar até alourar junte a farinha de trigo e o leite quente aos poucos sem parar de mexer. Junte chávena e meia de bacalhau desfiado e o presunto cortado aos pedacinhos. Mexa e depoisdelevar fervura retire o tacho. Retifique o sal e pimenta e junte o sumo de limão e a salsa picada.</p>
<p>Prepare depois um puré de batata e enfeite com a ajuda de um saco de padeiro o bordo das conchas ou formas. No centro coloque o creme e polvilhe co um pouco de queijo ralado e um pouco de gema de ovo. Quando estiver pronto (e meia hora antes de servir) coloque as conchinhas com o preparado no forno até alourar. Pode servir também com uma saladinha de tomate e agriões.</p>
<p><strong><em>Observações:</em></strong> Para esta receita o ideal é arranjar conchas grandes para colocar o bacalhau. Se não tiver as conchinhas pode colocar o preparado em formas médias. <p>1 embalagem lasanha fresca<br />
1 lata grande de atum<br />
1/2 l molho béchamel<br />
1 cenoura grande<br />
1/2 lata tomate triturado<br />
Queijo ralado q.b.</p>

<dt>Preparação</dt>
<dd>Pré-aqueça o forno a 170ºC.<br />
Rale a cenoura e prepare todos os ingredientes, dividindo-os em cinco partes iguais (para seis folhas de lasanha). Reserve um pouco de béchamel para a cobertura.<br />
Coloque num pirex rectangular uma folha de lasanha.<br />
Em cima deite um pouco de tomate triturado, molho bechamel, cenoura ralada e atum. Cubra com outra placa de lasanha e assim sucessivamente. A última folha de lasanha só é coberta com molho béchamel e queijo ralado a gosto.<br />
Levar ao forno durante 20 minutos e servir quente. </dd>

<p>1. Cozinhe a massa numa panela grande com água e sal de acordo com as instruções na caixa. Escorra e volte a colocar na mesma panela.</p>
<p>2. Adicione as natas, o sumo de limão, o parmesão, a salsa, as gemas e a pimenta.<br />
Misture bem sirva em pratos com fatias de presunto rasgadas e extra parmesão.</p>
